Nate founded Werner Partners in 1999 and has over 20 years of experience providing capital solutions to middle market business owners. His background includes: strategic planning and corporate development for private equity and corporate acquirers; transaction analysis; management consulting; and exit planning. Prior to founding Werner Partners, he worked for a multi-disciplined consulting organization focused on family business succession. Nate earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University (W.P. Carey School of Business).
Scott Snow has extensive experience in developing acquisition strategies and successfully managing buyside search programs resulting in several completed transactions. Previously, Scott held executive management positions in the staffing and financial services industries. Most recently, he was Vice President of Business Development focusing on national account development for a multi-billion dollar financial services company. Scott earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
Adam earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Northern Arizona University in 2013 and is responsible for research, lead sourcing, management, and client management. He excels at prospecting into a wide variety of industries suitable for private equity and prides himself on helping deliver a higher quality product than other buy-side firms.
In his role as Principal, Steve is responsible for business development and strategic initiatives. He prides himself on being able to quickly identify core business assets and liabilities and creates opportunities that leverage high-value deal flow to Werner Partners’ clients. He earned his Business Finance degree from Arizona State University and in his spare time serves a variety of causes including Helping Hand Youth Soccer and Arizona Coalition for Tomorrow.
Rick is responsible for providing initial training and coaching for new associates as well as general office management. He works tirelessly to connect business owners and entrepreneurs with investors that can elevate companies to the next level of growth and success and provide well-deserved liquidity to business owners.
In Robert’s role as Senior Associate, he is responsible for training, development, IT support, and lead generation for institutional investors. He is committed to helping clients reach long-term goals and creating new ways to provide buy-side/lead generation solutions for client needs. He is driven by pride in teamwork and dependability.
